Equestrian Property Turned Paradise
Since the Hulberts’ outdoor living space—and life, in general—revolve around their love of animals and nature, Steve begins his visit with Jane by acknowledging the role his wife Cathy has played in making their dream yard a reality. As a decorated equestrian, Cathy led the design of a horse lover’s paradise they call Yolo Farm—all as a tribute to their prize-winning horses.
When Steve and Cathy aren’t riding or walking the miles of trails that line their Three Runs community, the couple can either be found taking a swim in their lap pool, relaxing in their hot tub, or enjoying a healthy meal prepared in their outdoor kitchen.
