The holidays are in full swing—and that means family, friends, and food a-plenty. It also means that holiday traditions new and old (and sometimes weird) are created or revived. White elephant? Spiced eggnog? Fruitcake? Hidden pickle? The list of festive fun goes on.
But the real magic about this this time of year is that no two people celebrate it the same way. Everyone has their favorite traditions that really make the season unique to them and their family. And, as the years pass, those holiday traditions tend to change and evolve. Families welcome new children or significant others into the fold, see their kids grow up and leave the nest, or experience the passing of a loved one. All of which makes them re-evaluate and adjust how they celebrate the season.
Last year, we asked some of our ambassadors to share their favorite recipes they like to whip up when the holidays come around. This season, we’re bringing it even closer to home.
