Daniel Arm’s of Arms Family Homestead shares his fish taco recipe made with white bass from their bountiful spring catch. This is a very simple recipe that can be made with just about any fish filet. Since cooking quickly on high heat can smoke up the house, Daniel choses to cook outside in a wok.
Before dropping the filets in the wok, they are coated with Everglades Cactus Dust mesquite BBQ rub. Once cooked, place the white bass in soft corn tortillas, and top with mango peach salsa and fresh cilantro.
